實驗室電子天平的故障分析

天平(ping)線性修正(zheng)設(she)置;恢復(fu)天平(ping)出廠(chang)設(she)置;四(si)級防震,稱量速度可調(diao);顯(xian)示方式(shi)可調(diao),柔(rou)和背(bei)光液晶(jing)顯(xian)示。
1、無法開機的故障
先確定非保險(xian)絲(si)、電(dian)(dian)(dian)源開關、電(dian)(dian)(dian)源線及電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)切換開關的(de)問(wen)題(ti)所造(zao)成,檢查(cha)變壓(ya)(ya)器有無交(jiao)流電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)輸(shu)入及交(jiao)流電(dian)(dian)(dian)輸(shu)出。如(ru)(ru)果儀表帶有電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)將電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)取下再以(yi)AC電(dian)(dian)(dian)源開機,以(yi)了(le)解是否為電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)不足所造(zao)成。其次再檢測整流電(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)、穩(wen)壓(ya)(ya)電(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)以(yi)及顯(xian)示驅(qu)動電(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)是否出現(xian)異常,如(ru)(ru)果這些(xie)都沒問(wen)題(ti)檢查(cha)處理器及附(fu)屬電(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)是否燒(shao)壞。
2、稱重物移除(chu)后無法回到零(ling)點的(de)故障分(fen)析
檢(jian)查傳(chuan)感(gan)(gan)器(qi)(qi)輸出(chu)信號值是否(fou)于(yu)標準內(nei)(nei)(A/D的總放大碼(ma)(ma)(ma)/使用內(nei)(nei)碼(ma)(ma)(ma)范圍/底碼(ma)(ma)(ma)范圍),如(ru)果信號值未在標準內(nei)(nei),調節傳(chuan)感(gan)(gan)器(qi)(qi)可調電阻,將信號值調到標準內(nei)(nei),如(ru)無法補償請檢(jian)查傳(chuan)感(gan)(gan)器(qi)(qi)是否(fou)有問(wen)題,在保證傳(chuan)感(gan)(gan)器(qi)(qi)輸出(chu)正常(秤(cheng)體穩定)情(qing)況下,鎖定儀表故(gu)障,一般是放大電路(lu)及A/D轉(zhuan)換電路(lu)發生(sheng)問(wen)題,再依據電路(lu)原理逐(zhu)一判斷測(ce)試分(fen)析(xi),以最(zui)終解決問(wen)題。
3、稱量不準確的故障分析
觀測內碼值(zhi)是否(fou)(fou)(fou)穩(wen)定(ding),傳感器各部(bu)位是否(fou)(fou)(fou)有(you)摩擦現象,穩(wen)壓電(dian)源是否(fou)(fou)(fou)穩(wen)定(ding),運放電(dian)路(lu)是否(fou)(fou)(fou)正常(chang),使(shi)用(yong)砝(fa)碼測試秤盤四腳秤量是否(fou)(fou)(fou)平(ping)均。依(yi)照說明書指示,進一步(bu)做儀(yi)表局部(bu)分析或重量校正。
4、顯示亂碼
將原來的(de)顯示(shi)電(dian)路(lu)拆下,換一個正(zheng)(zheng)常的(de)顯示(shi)電(dian)路(lu)看是否(fou)正(zheng)(zheng)常。如(ru)果(guo)顯示(shi)正(zheng)(zheng)常說明顯示(shi)電(dian)路(lu)出(chu)現問(wen)題(ti),如(ru)果(guo)不正(zheng)(zheng)常,應檢查驅(qu)動電(dian)路(lu)是否(fou)有故障(zhang),最后檢查處理器顯示(shi)輸(shu)出(chu)的(de)引腳(jiao)是否(fou)在(zai)合理的(de)輸(shu)出(chu)范(fan)圍。
5、指針跳動
當橫梁被(bei)托起(qi)時(shi),如支點刀(dao)(dao)的(de)刀(dao)(dao)口與刀(dao)(dao)墊(dian)間(jian)前(qian)后(hou)距(ju)離不(bu)等,則開(kai)啟天平(ping)時(shi),會產生指針跳(tiao)動,可(ke)把橫托架左臂前(qian)的(de)螺絲放松,然后(hou)用手捻調(diao)節小支柱的(de)高(gao)度,直至指針不(bu)再跳(tiao)動。
