煤炭發熱量的測試過程

科達儀器量熱儀具(ju)有自(zi)動(dong)注水、排水、自(zi)動(dong)調水溫(wen)(wen)、自(zi)動(dong)攪拌、自(zi)動(dong)點(dian)火、微型打印機打印結果(guo)等功能(neng),操作簡(jian)單(dan),可(ke)長時間連續進行測量。全中文菜單(dan)式(shi)操作界面,簡(jian)單(dan)易操作。具(ju)有實驗(yan)后換算高(gao)、低(di)位(wei)發熱量功能(neng)。實驗(yan)過程自(zi)動(dong)冷(leng)卻校正,對使用(yong)環境溫(wen)(wen)度(du)要(yao)求寬松。
發熱量的測試過程:
1、在燃燒皿中準確(que)稱取分析試樣(粒度(du)小(xiao)于0.2mm)0.9—1.1g(稱到O.0002g)。
2 燃燒(shao)(shao)時易于飛濺(jian)的(de)(de)試(shi)(shi)樣,先用已知質(zhi)量(liang)的(de)(de)擦(ca)鏡紙包(bao)緊(jin)再(zai)進行測試(shi)(shi),或先在壓(ya)(ya)餅機中壓(ya)(ya)餅切成2-4 mm的(de)(de)小塊使用。不易燃燒(shao)(shao)完全的(de)(de)試(shi)(shi)樣,可先在燃燒(shao)(shao)皿底墊(dian)(dian)(dian)上一(yi)個石棉(mian)墊(dian)(dian)(dian),或用石棉(mian)絨做襯(chen)墊(dian)(dian)(dian)(先在皿底鋪上一(yi)層石棉(mian)絨,然后以手壓(ya)(ya)實)。石英(ying)燃燒(shao)(shao)皿不需任何襯(chen)墊(dian)(dian)(dian)。如加襯(chen)墊(dian)(dian)(dian)仍燃燒(shao)(shao)不完全,可提(ti)高(gao)充氧壓(ya)(ya)力至3.2Mpa或用已知質(zhi)量(liang)和(he)熱值的(de)(de)擦(ca)鏡紙包(bao)裹稱好的(de)(de)試(shi)(shi)樣并用手壓(ya)(ya)緊(jin),然后放入燃燒(shao)(shao)皿中。
3 將(jiang)點火(huo)(huo)(huo)絲兩端分別接在電極柱上,注意要與(yu)試樣(yang)保持良好(hao)接觸(對易飛濺和易燃(ran)的煤樣(yang)保證(zheng)盡量(liang)少(shao)的接觸),并(bing)注意勿使(shi)點火(huo)(huo)(huo)絲接觸燃(ran)燒皿(min),以免(mian)形成短路而導致(zhi)點火(huo)(huo)(huo)失(shi)敗,甚至燒毀燃(ran)燒皿(min)或者電極柱,同(tong)時還要注意防止兩電極間(jian)以及燃(ran)燒皿(min)與(yu)另(ling)一電極之間(jian)的短接。
往氧彈中加入10ml蒸餾水,旋緊氧彈蓋,輕輕放在充氧儀上防止燃燒皿和點火絲的(de)位置因受(shou)震動(dong)而(er)改變(bian),使用充(chong)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)儀往氧(yang)(yang)(yang)彈中(zhong)(zhong)緩緩充(chong)入氧(yang)(yang)(yang)氣(qi)(qi),直(zhi)到(dao)(dao)壓(ya)(ya)力到(dao)(dao)2.8—3.OMpa,充(chong)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)時(shi)間不得小(xiao)于l 5s;如果不小(xiao)心充(chong)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)壓(ya)(ya)力超過3.3Mpa,應(ying)停止試驗,放掉氧(yang)(yang)(yang)氣(qi)(qi),重(zhong)新(xin)充(chong)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)至3.2Mpa以下(xia)。當(dang)鋼瓶中(zhong)(zhong)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)氣(qi)(qi)壓(ya)(ya)力降到(dao)(dao)5.OMpa以下(xia)時(shi),充(chong)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)時(shi)間應(ying)酌量延長,壓(ya)(ya)力降到(dao)(dao)4.OMpa以下(xia)時(shi),應(ying)更換新(xin)的(de)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)氣(qi)(qi)瓶。
4 將氧彈放入內筒中,將量熱儀上蓋蓋好,單擊軟(ruan)件“開始”按鈕,系(xi)統開始測試(shi),測試(shi)結束(shu)后軟(ruan)件自動計算出(chu)結果并(bing)在(zai)屏幕顯示(shi)出(chu)來。
